KORG KARMA/TRITON/TRITON EXTREME IN KROME

Post by iborg1793 »

Hi everyone, I was woldering if there's anyway to use the Karma, Triton or Triton Extreme PCG files in Krome, I know the synthesis is different, but isn't there any program to convert files so I can use them on Krome? also, I was wondering if you have knowledge of any website where I can download Krome PCG files, I already found the Krome Heaven site, which is cool, but are there any others?

You can load .PCG's from an M50 file to the Krome so any site that has Korg M50 PCG's will be a good source. In addition to that you can buy Krome PCG sets from Dan Stesco's website and from me. see info below.

too bad

Post by Wylany »

Hi guys!
It's really really too bad. I own triton extreme and programmed about 100 combis and 50 programs for a specific songs i play. These patches were carefully corrected on rehaersals by years to reach the exact required balance, eq and tweaking the envelopes effects etc. to sound how they should in huge variety of songs.
Now I would give a try to krome, but since there's no way to transfer theese patches to this board from triton I'm not going.
Programming all of them from beginning is so time consumming that I will stuck on triton.
That's all from me...
Does it make any sens?

Do you know software SAMPLIT by CDxtract ? It can automatic sample all of your patches from hardware synth (with MIDI), each key, in dynamic range of your choice. Than save to any custom format i.e. Kontakt.Works well. http://www.cdxtract.com/samplit.php
