Expanding Korg D888 simultaneous track recording.

Right now we have a Korg D888 and we can record 8 tracks simultaneously.
We need to record more than 8 tracks simultaneously and 16 would be great.
Is there something I can get to expand the D888 input capabilities?
Or is there an affordable option for a 16 track simultaneously digital recorder out there?
HAS ANYONE SEEN THE BRIDGE?
