When you play the midi file on your computer it is using the General Midi (GM) sounds. You would have to try to map each program from the M50 combi that you use to a similar sound in the GM banks.
If you are sequencing on the M50 for future playback on a PC you should sequence it using GM banks to be sure it sounds close to your performance. But it will not sound exactly the same since the samples will be different on the PC and M50. If it has to be a perfect reproduction either play it back on the M50 or record the audio to a wave file.

Connecting M50 to PC
How can I connect my M50 to my PC ? I hav the MONO cables and a TWO-WAY connector for those.... Will that help ??? Or do I need to download any Synthesizer software???? I have heard about KARMA... But I wonder if it's still there in the market .....
Or do I have to connect my M50 to the PC using USB cables????

You can connect the M50 to the computer using USB for MIDI. But audio over USB is not supported. For audio you will have to use the audio outputs on the M50 and you can get an inexpensive audio interface for that. M50 audio out into the audio interface and from there into the PC with another USB connection.
You can still get KARMA for the M50. It's a great tool but it won't help for recording. It generates MIDI and that's where the USB connection comes in.
