I find it really difficult to provide any input on a 4-second snippet.

You'll want to download it and loop the file in your DAW or iTunes. Since you have cubase you could just hit (shift+G) after importing and selecting the file event.

The tempo is 110 bpm for anyone setting their loop markers manually.
