Requests for PA4x.

Post by derek bradburn »

Hello,
How do we pass on our wish lists for next model of the PA3x ?.
Can't seem to find anyway of doing it.
Thanks,
Derek B.

Its a bit late for pa4x wish lists...

The thing is probably in final design phase, ready for pre production and fine tuning hardware and software... When the design phase ends, there will only be features that dont make the final cut, and no new features be added...

Atleast in a traditional production process this is how it works..

Of course!! Just wish away to your heart's content....
However, Bachus is most likely correct - if Korg stick to their PA schedule history then PA4X would definitely be beyond design by now - BUT who knows????
Korg team does look at these forums however they are not associated with us here in any way so if you REALLY want Korg to know of your wishes, write to them.

I guess that, like anything, enough requests for the same changes would be taken into consideration but I reckon that this would now be in PA5X land.....

1. PC/Mac editor?????
2. PA4X = PA3X + Kronos X (now that's a total solution!!)
3. PA4X = PA3X + Tyros 5 + Kronos X

Good luck

Just consider of two parameters :
1) Pa3X still sells the most , so they don't hurry up to retire it yet !
2) It's crystal clear that the arranger company that will adopt DFD sample method will conquer the 80% of arrangers
market , as I wrote in a neighbor post.

Therefore now you can make your own guesses !

There are many factors.... Development advancement and current stocks of PA3x being the most important.. If they run low on PA3x and PA4x is ready to be sold..... They might decide to produce the new one instead of just one more batch of PA3x...

Go and check TC-helicon website. There are many information about NEw Vocal Live 3 vocal harmonizer. I reckon that some of it's features can we expect in the future pa4x.
