I have done every troubleshooting known to man, but all i can hear from the sends is a slight white noise.
I am going out to my efx unit with Balanced 1/4 to rca. (i have also tried unbalanced...no difference.)
also i have my ext set to Pre fader in the setup. (touchscreen works fine)
i have even plugged headphones into the send jacks R and L, and turned everything having to do with the sends and returns up, and still nothing.
any suggestions????
