microSTATION won't initialize

I purchased the microSTATION about two weeks ago, and it worked perfectly for about a week, then I turned it on and the screen was frozen displaying "microSTATION KORG v1.0.0", and the keyboard was unresponsive. I initialized the mS, and it successfully booted up. I didn't have an SD card with the preload content on it, and wasn't near my computer to hook it up via USB, so I figured I would get to that later. Then I booted it up again a short time later and was met with the same frozen screen. I tried initializing again, but this time there was no response. Is there another way I can initialize the microSTATION, or make it responsive somehow?
