Urgent Authorisation problem

Urgent Authorisation problem

Today after having my O88 on 1 stand for the past 3 years I moved it to another location in my studio. I go to switch it on when I see a blue screen saying I need to authorise it again. I got the authorisation cd from my email that KorgUser.net sent, burnt an ISO on to a CD and it says
" The Authorisation CD you have entered does not match the Public ID."

I have checked the email and the public ID is the same.

Anyone had this issue n the past? Know what to do?

Gorkymate thanks for your help. I authorised 4 times with the authorisation CD and nothing...Still Blue screen.. As soon as I opened it and pulled out ram and re inserted, everything as per normal. Thanks

I have the same problem.. Once reinsert the RAM the problem is solved now? I got the same message, coming home from a gig at home the O seems te be ok again.. very strange..
