I mean empty spots in memory, or I have to overwrite some to save my new one? The manual is kinda vague.
thanks

It's all "user memory" in that all 128 patch slots can be overwritten, but I can see how confusion could arise where Korg was so specific in naming the "categories".

My suggestion is to find out which patches you have no use for, write the numbers down so you don't forget them, then do a Shift+2 to initialize a blank patch and write your own in those slots. Skim the forums or ask away if you have questions about patch creation.

It take only a few seconds to save all the programs to a file on the computer. You don't have to worry about overwriting any of the existing programs after you do that. You should make backup copies in any case.
