Into the lights !

Post by tdwctdwc »

So now that's i'm starting to create my combis, it's time to let this beast shine !

Here's one of my combis in action .

The only sounds that are not part of the combi are the bass and drum tracks.

All you hear was recorded on the K's sequencer of course , then mixed on my DAW .

Mastered with Waves SSL comp and L3-16 maximizer .

Good stuff. It's nice to come across a musician who can count up to 6. Er, 12...Er, hum, ...3.

Ken:)
Semi-retired, semi-pro pit band musician and jobbing pianist and MD. Oops, protocol suggests I should put a list. Recently deceased: Roland A90, Wirth grand piano, Roland SD300, Lowrey portable organ. Current: Yamaha upright, Korg Kronos 73, Korg N364, Juno 60 and other pretty things.

Excellent track. I especially enjoyed the bass runs near the beginning of the song. :D

Thanks again for the comments . I'm actually gonna replace the file with another re-mastered version .

I don't like the high-mids in this at all ...shouldn't have EQed the master track .

Re-uploading.

I especially like the synth solo in the middle section; unlike many other keyboardists who think that mindlessly playing scales is a synth solo, you actually play a melody.

I like the " X-files " type beginning. Your solo work and the movement/chord changes kept my interest, well done ! Drum work is killer.

What time signature(s) are you using ?
