KRONOS 88 CUTOFF PROBLEM

Hi everybody! I am Nam, jazz pianist from Hanoi, Vietnam. I just bought my Kronos 88 2 weeks ago in US. My "Keybeb RH3 from Japan" its display on highest C . Then i found the problem is playing piano and all another sound , the cutoff sound appear when i play softly. I update to OS 1.6 already.
I have read all your complain about cutoff and keybeb problem, it seems my RH3 is newest update keybeb from Korg isn't it ?
So the question is : OS 1.6 + Newest Keybeb = Still cutoff problem?

Anyone can help me?

Hi, my name is Adrian and I`m from Argentina. I bought a Kronos 88 and I have the same problem, notes cutoff when I play softly. The keybed is the one who said from Japan. Sorry for my english.

From what I have read, the sticker you observed does NOT indicate the new keyboard. I have a Kronos 61 so do not have personal experience with the RH3 issues on the 73 and 88 versions.
