Audio track volume automation

Can someone please tell me how to erase all volume automation on an audio track?

first - how do you erase cc 7 from audio other than deleting each event one by one (very tedious)?

second - because I had system exclusive checked in global, I have both cc 7 and system exclusive for audio volume recorded, and I can't in the manual find out how to delete the system exclusive volume events on the audio tracks.

In Sequencer mode press the TRACK EDIT tab.

Select the dropdown menu (upper right screen) and select ERASE MEASURE.

A pop up box will open and under KIND, you can select EXCLUSIVE, CONTROL CHANGE data, etc.
