Squealing sound in House of Pain, Jump Around

Any thoughts on how to replicate the squealing sax sample in Jump Around? Yes, I've heard that it's a sample of Prince screaming in the beginning of Get Off. I don't believe that to be true. It's a sax squeal from the song Shoot the Shot by JR Walker.

Either way, it's mute since sampling is not a possibility with the M50. Has anyone tweaked any program to acceptably replicate the sound for live play? I'm not about sequencing and such. We play everything live, even the grunts and howls in Bust a Move, etc.

Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
