Pre Sets Gone!!!

I'm having so many issues with my gear right now. My sending signal was glitching out on me so I did the reset using the real time and reset controls method. That worked fine, but all the presets are gone now.... HELP!!! I used all of those all the time for performing live. If anyone out there has a remedy for getting those back that would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Not sure I understand your problem exactly, but restoring the factory presets is easy as pie:

Go to Global Mode > Basic > Menu Button > Load Preload/Demo Data.
