Hi Guys..

Post by Sirbert »

Hi Guys..

Just a few words as is customary.

I'm a jobbing pianist/keyboardist and have been for longer than I care to remember but to give you some idea my first pro gig was back in the late 1970s.. so 30+ years I guess.

My love affair with all things Korg started in 1989 when I purchased an M1. Since then I've owned a T3, Trinity, Triton and now an M3 - all have been 61 note models which I've used as my 'upper' keyboard in my gigging set up.. my lower keyboards are usually 88 note weighted action 'back breakers' and have included a Korg SGXpro, Kurzweil PC88 and a couple of Rolands.

As I mentioned I now have an M3 which I bought to replace my beloved Triton which I have had to 'put out to graze' as it has become a little unreliable over the last few months and I just cant take the chance of being let down on a gig...
..I'm really sad to see it go though :-(
In fact I'm already missing a number of my Triton's programs/combis - so much so I'm looking to buy the rack mount and use my M3 to control it via midi on gigs.

I'm going to post a message in the M3 forum as I need to ask a few questions concerning the M3/Triton rack set up - midi program changes etc etc.. Hopefully some of you learned gentle persons will feel sorry for me and offer some help.. ;-)

Regards

Richard
