Mic settings on Pa2xpro

Hi guys,
I got some problems with a Mic connected to my keyboard (pa2x).
When changing the tempo of any style while singing, all Mic effects go off for 2 to 3 seconds. I did lock the Mic setting but it still happens.
Unfortunately, I don't have an external mixer to use.
Experts please help.

Hi Khaled,

I never notice this happening on my Pa2x when I use the Jog wheel to alter the tempo. How are you changing the tempo?

Hi Rob,
I've made custom setting for Mic input.
For example when I play any custom style form any set and try to change the tempo higher or lower while singing, my Mic effects disable for up to 3 seconds (no reverb and echo).
I'm very reluctant to hit the tempo button white I'm singing as quite obvious to the audience.
May be there is something I don’t know, please help as I really don’t want to spend on buying an external mixer.

Hi Khaled,

My thinking so far is that it may be a configuration setting in the user styles you are using that causes the problem. When you use standard factory styles is it OK? If so, compare in detail the factory style with one of your user styles, look at every setting and look closely at the vocal and harmony settings and see what is different?

Hm...i never had this problem but if some of those FX are probably
SYNCHED to the Tempo which i dont really believe it for the Vocal FX.

Hi all,
I did try many factory styles but the result was the same as my custom styles. Mic effects disables for about 2 seconds when singing and changing the tempo simultaneously.

Hi Rab and Nadim,
Could anyone of you possibly send me your Globle file please?
I might have corrupted Globle setting Which is got to do with Mic setting.

Hi Khaled

you can try to change on Global/Voice-Porcessor/Effects
the Delay-Source for the mic.
When src.=Midi then it can be, that the PA2 needs a little time to sync.
Please change to src.=Manual and tell us if your problem is solved.

Thanks for your opinion regarding Mic setting.
I will do the changes to the Mic setting as per your suggestion once I get home tonight.
I'll let you know of the result tomorrow.

I changed the Mic setting to src.=Manual and the Problem is solved now.
You are the legend man .I'm very happy.
Now I can do my live performance with more confidence.
