Did you try the download section of this forum? there are some good ones in there, including the Trinity's and 01/W Pro's samples, a 20MB piano by PMI, and another one I never checked out (it's the one spanned across 5 ZIP files - actually created for the Triton Classic).

I have some problems with that 5 pieces piano. I am trying to load the samples but the floppy disk is not able to read all the files and it gets stucked. The problem occurs with a certain audio file that has been spanned (in order to fit the FDD) so I am not able to load that. Can anyone provide this piano patch with full audio files not divided into the 5 archives? (for e.g. a 1 Mb filenumberone.wav is present into the first archive with 0,4 Mb and into the second one also, with 0,6 Mb...)

sorry for my English, hope that I made myself clear :D

and thank you!

Do you want actual samples or just a .pcg with different piano sounds using stock waveforms? Check out the EXB-PCM08 Emulated I created a bunch of years ago. There are a few patches out of that that I use quite a bit in my live rig. I don't use samples live as a rule.

The Triton's stock sample set can be very convincing once tweaked depending on your use. I created a piano sampleset a bunch of years back that's about 50MB that's really good but I can't imagine loading it from floppy.

Yeah, I do use the floppy disk in order to load the sounds. Unfortunatelly... As for the patch you made... 50 Mb is not easy for an old fashioned FDD guy like I am. But I would like to try it so if you have a link, please share it.

My goal was to make that 5 pieces piano working too, so if you can help me with that, this could help a lot. I was able to load only some of the files (then it gets stucked as explained) so the samples I heard were definetely superior to Trition's piano Program.

thank you for your time!

To be more specific: into disk1/XV_PIANO/STATH000 there are two files, one of them is MS000001.ksf
into disk 2 appears once again MS000001.ksf, with different size, which means that Triton will need to merge both files in a single one. Is it possible to have all .ksf files in one folder instead of having it splited between various archives?

As I was sayinh yesterday, I would really like to have this patch working, cause the piano sound is much better than the original one - according to me.

Thank you!
