Micokorg Patches how to upload and use?

downloaded and there are a ton of name .prg files. I have the editor and load them into my library directory.

However when I click on a few of them they are all the same, I tell it to write to device and each patch sounds exactly the same.

What am I missing here? I would really like to take advantage of these free patches. Anyones?
