Please vote for us and help us get our playground

Post by Sharp »

Hi all.

We are trying to raise money to get a Playground built in our Village and we have been nominated for the “better Ireland program” run by the AIB Bank.

To get the grand prize we need votes though, so I was wondering if you all could take the time to go HERE and click on “Vote Online”.

You can use the image below as a reference for what needs to be entered, but obviously replace option 3 with your email address. (You won't recieve any SPAM and you are not signing up for anything)

Its a lot of money to us when we have to go from door to door fund-raising and it will mean so much to the kids when we reach our goal. So please vote for our cause.

Kind Regards
James

Let's say they get the playground.

They need one of these merry-go-rounds.

It captures 25% of the kids excess energy spinning it to charge a battery. It's Funtricity.

and WORD on that merry-go-round. They won't put them in playgrounds in the states anymore, but that was the BEST part of recess in 4th grade.

Thanks for your support guys.

Everyone else... keep em coming. You have until the end of the month to give us a vote. If we win, that's another 5K off of our target of 130 Grand. It's a massive amount of money but people are very positive about what we are trying to do here.

It would be more than 130K only a guy who owns a small shopping complex gave us the land for free if we built the playground next to his complex. On top of that, he pledged that if we could save up 15K in a set amount of time, he would give us a 50K donation on top of the land for free. Which we have done, so that's 50K and the land is now ours.

Things are going well, but it's very hard work on everyone. That 5K your votes could help us win is a lot of money to us.

Regards
James
