I'm having a weird problem I'm hoping somebody can help me out with. I'm fiddling around with my new digital multitrack, a Zoom R16, recording stuff from the M50 directly into it. I dump the .wav files into Acid Music Studio on my old laptop.
I'm working with a combi ("Dreaming Without Sleeping") that's got arps running in it. When I reocord the combi as a whole, it sounds great. But when I solo either of the arps (low bass and the higher tinkly sounding one) they come out way too slow on the other end. They sound fine during recording and sound OK when played back on the R16, but the .wav in ACID sounds awful.
Is there something about the arps that confuse PCs and mess up the recording? Is there a fix?
Thanks,
