I got the Korg padKontrol to help with my beat making. Now I need to find the best programs to work with it. I am trying to configure FLstudio to work wit hit to check that 1 out, but I am not having any luck so far.
What programs do ya'll recomend to use with the padKontrol controller?
And do ya'll know of any tips to get the padKontrol working with FLstudio?

I would suggest getting your hands on a copy of ableton a legit copy of course will be alot more stable and less buggy then a ripped copy . The padkontrol is great for tapping in loops then trigering them after your finished re ording them plus the xy pad is great for tweaking effects too . J haven't used fl studio for a few years tho if u have the pad kontrol loaded as a midi device it shod be fireing some midi signals all u have to do is work out what u want to control with it and assign it accordingly .
* click midi
*click your software instrament
* hit the pad on the pad kontrol and it should register
*unclick midi
* hit your padkontrol to find out
That is basically how u map midi with most daw programs .

Jiggyjiggy is just a name I have been using online for years. I probably got it from the Wil Smith song "Gettin Jiggy with it" years ago.
The main reason I got the padKontrol was to create beats from scratch. So that is why I am interested in FLstudio. I have made some progress with getting it to work with FLstudio, but I have a long way to go. I am learning about midi in the process. It is a lot to learn, but I think it is something I need to do.
Are there other programs that work well with the padKontrol for building original beats out there that I should check out?
