electribe with fireface 400 and logic pro8.Help me please!

hi everyone!
i m looking for a help!
i have an electribe emx and fireface 400.
i want to register midi in logic pro8.
i connect electribe to fireface via midi(out electribe to in fireface and in fireface to out electribe) and open logic.
i open an external midi track,i m looking that logic receive the signal because on pianoroll it write the notes that receive from electribe,but it doesn't reproduce sound and not register.
Why?
if some one can help me....are wellcome!!
