The latest Pa2x pro keyboards seem to be 100% reliable, but the earlier models were problematic causing some owners a lot of grief. I was at the point of despair over this myself. Korg eventually (after over a year of constant complaints on this forum) diagnosed a faulty batch of LED's and have since then been replacing two major circuit boards free of charge for the owners that were/are affected.

There is a current issue in a nearby thread where one owner has discovered faulty LED's after the warranty expired. We will see shortly whether Korg step up to the mark and replace the faulty circuit boards.

If I were you I would hang on another week or so and wait for a response from Korg about the recent LED "out of warranty" matter. If they do the right thing then I would say you are safe in buying a Korg Pa2x.

Best regards,
Rob

Thanks Bob for the advice.

Infact I was going to move on the keyboard at the end of August.

I will wait and see.
