SEQ button non responsive

All the buttons are working flawlessly, except the SEQ button. I must push it harder to activate it.

Is there a way to clean it (with contact cleaner or the sort) or should I bring the board to service? Have anyone else experienced the same thing with this or other button?

Is it still on the factory warranty?

It is, but getting factory warranty in Venezuela from a synth purchased in the US is a NIGHTMARE. So I will cope with it until is absolutely necessary to fix.

I guess so, its better to get used to it, or if it gets real hard, use the EDITOR! Software

I had the same problem with my Triton (had to push a couple buttons REALLY hard for it to work). But that was after 10 years of use. Your M50 is very new. Unless you're in a very dusty or dirty environment, it shouldn't be that. But, it's worth a try. I fixed my Triton with a little contact cleaner shot directly on the contacts. Works like new again.

Yup. That's it. I live in the country and we have TONS of dust around here. Another reason to get myself a cover for when I'm not playing.

Will try the contact cleaner.
