Reorganising Tracks in Sequencer Files

I have multiple tracks in the one .SNG file and I would like to reorganise them. Is this possible and if so, how do you do it?

It would be great to have drag and drop functionality here, but you have copy track individually to another song and build it up slowly track by track.
Is it possible to do via PC/Mac and then resave?
