How do you do this?

I have fiddled around with the synth for a bit, and since I am new I don't know what direction to head to really get an understanding of how to use the workstation.

I was curious if anyone could give any help on how to do something like this song. I really like the way the high hats and drums and everything sounds on this song. Can this be done only using the M50 and nothing else? I guess having someone kind of step by step on how to do a song would help me a lot on how to use this, compared to just reading a manual and adjusting knobs and buttons with no real goal in sight.

And I don't mind if you think this song is simple or cheesy or whatever. Any help would be great.
