Welcome to Korg Forums

What exactly is the problem? What errors/messages are you seeing or what exactly is NOT working properly?

Cheers

Hi KorgPa800,

The original owner should have got the RAM replaced under warranty at a Korg service center. You will need to contact the nearest Korg service center yourself, but you will be charged for the repair.

If it was me, I would return the Pa800 to the person I bought it off and demand my money back, since the goods are damaged.

Best regards,
Rob

Yes the sample RAM is faulty and needs to be replaced at a Korg service center. You will need to contact a Korg distributor to ask them to make the arrangements for you.
