It would be kinda nice if your 3D model could be incorporated with the virtual M3 interface that Stephen Kay wrote, and which is now downloadable from Korg's web site.
The animated interface is great but the button positions are not where they appear on the actual M3 product.

Yeah that would be very cool indeed, but I'd imagine it would be harder to navigate as the full scale image would likely be 3ft wide.

Who said anything about full size? You could have a two window solution, one scale for the M3-M with static screen but active buttons and keys, and another scale for the screen contents.
Sure, I'll give it a go when I'm finished modelling then.
With that said, I've completed the other side now.

So that completes the front panel as far as modelling goes. I still have to model the connections on the back, and then I can start putting textures on the entire thing.
