pc to keyboard midi playback transpose problem

I've come across this problem many times before, but I always thought there's something that i do wrong. This is what happens. I record a midi file on my pc, and then if i play the midi everything works, and i hear the sound out of my PA800 speakers fine. Some times though,all of a sudden some tracks dont' play correctly and get transposed on their own by -1, or -2...etc. I save the file, reboot the keyboard, and then it plays correctly. My question is why PA800 that is midied to the pc receives those transpose information and only for some random tracks when the midi file is not sending those unwanted messages at all? I'm sure of this, because if i turned the keyboard off and back on again, it's all good again. Another reason to support that is ,if i lplay the same midi file using a flash drive (bypass this pc,keyboard configuration) it doesn't have those problematic issues anymore. Does that happen to anyone?
