Hello,
I would wait to see how much the new M50 will be, you can definitely make and record all your music with this one keyboard, and from the looks and sound of it, I would think this would be the perfect keyboard for almost anyone on a budget.

Definitely do not get a KP3 for what you want to do. It isn't made for that. It's mostly for sampling and effects of other music sources, not generating synth music like done by entershikari.

The money you would pay for the KP3 would be much better spent on a real synthesizer like the R3 or Radias, and not a toy keyboard like the Casio LK220. The R3 costs about the same as the KP3+LK220, but you'll get something that can do all the synth sounds you hear from the entershikari tracks. Another option would be a used Alesis Ion.

A lot of bands for this kind of music will use the Access Virus TI Polar, but it's a lot more expensive than the R3.

Have you got something to record the microKorg with, or any other music making equipment. With the mK you are only going to be able to play a single synth line at a time. As I say, if you don't have any other gear, you might be better off with something like Reason that will let you create an entire song, rather than a single synth that needs to be part of a bigger setup if your aim is create complete tracks.

Personally, I think the Alesis Micron is a better value for the same price as the MicroKorg. The Micron has a much more powerful synth engine, and there's some good third-party software editors for it. It also has a better keyboard feel than the minikeys on the MK. Even though this is the KorgForums and I have a ton of Korg gear, I'm not a fanboy. I'll recommend whatever I think works better for the task. Also look for good used synths that might be available locally. It's worth shopping around when you don't have a lot of money to spend.

I think it's not worth helping you anymore because you haven't shown that you've listened to what anyone has said here so far.

Sure, go buy the MicroKorg. It's perfect for you. Pay as much as possible, that shows how good it is. Buying online is perfectly safe. You don't have to worry about possibly losing your money and not getting the item you ordered. That never happens.

Some kids have to learn the hard way.

Who here has recommended that you buy a MicroKorg?

Nobody.

See, you're not listening. I need to be sarcastic to get your attention.

I agree that you're not paying attention to what people are telling you.

a microkorg is not going to do what you want. Nothing you've mentioned thus far is going to work for you want to do. The advice given here has been based upon what you have said you wanted to do.

Its like your saying you need to get to New York in a few hours and you're suggesting that you ride a bike instead of taking a plane. Thus far, the suggestions you've asked about will not work for what you want to do.
And there was this one time at band camp......
