That's because of the insert effects in the program. When you switch to combi mode, at first, there are no effects at all. For the volume, try to use the Master Limiter, that will do it.

Go to the IFX tab. You can touch the dropdown menu, on the upper left, and select COPY INSERT EFFECT.

A pop up box will say, FROM PROGRAM. Select the program slot where you originally got that piano. In that same pop up box, checking ALL will replace any FX you have with the FX from the program you select. Checking ALL USED will keep your current FX, but copy the new FX into the first empty slots or you can specify TO which slots you want.

Be sure to go to the ROUTING 1 tab and take your piano off the L/R setting and route it into the FX slot that you just copied to.

Alternately, just go to IFX tab.

Select INSERT FX tab.

Pick an effect, like IFX1 - select DYNAMICS, then select STEREO COMPRESSOR.

Select the IFX 1-12 tab and select that effect (IFX1). Look for GAIN ADJUST. Make the piano as loud as you want.
