korg zero 8 - headphone monitoring very quiet? anyone else..

hello!

i have had the korg zero 8 for quie a while now. i have used it to play out in clubs accross the uk on many different soundsystems. i and everyone who has used it has thought that the output from the phones is very quiet.
has anyone else found this?
do i have to buy a headphone amp or is there a fix?

th manual states that it is the same power as my previous mixer the xone 92 but its not even close.

please help!!
