Triggering Issues w/ MOSS in Multi-Mode - reload data

I can trigger/play the MOSS synth in Combi or patch mode without issues. However, in Multi-mode, I'm getting a serious triggering issue. Any suggestions on how to cure this defect?

I'm using an Edirol UM880 MIDI interface, Sonar Producer 5, triggering with either a Roland JV-1000 or a Yamaha Motif ES8.

Also, any problem reloading the sound banks data for the primary and EXB files? I had a tech install the programs into the Rack, and the locations do not appear to be correct. Using Sonar Producer 5, the patch IDs are not matching up or are actually in different locations on certain banks. Any suggestions on creating or locating an xml file for this unit?
