Contacting Jack Hotop

Hi, I went to Berklee College of music with Jack Hotop back in 1972 and would like to contact him. Anybody know how.My name is Steve Zackim. Jack, I still have your 'Pictures at an Exhibition' sheet music.

I just pointed him to this thread... but I don't think Jack's ever signed up here so let's see if we can coax him out of the "programming woodwork"...
