What should I do ?

I just bought used OASYS and tried upgrading it to new OS,
when I restart the OASYS in gets stuck, so now i need to reinstall the OS..

But i can't donwload it, I can't even register it on KORG USER because I can't see my Public ID brcause my OASYS can't boot....

How can I completly reinstall OS so OASYS can Boot ? or any other suggestions?

you should call you korg distributor for instructions

Man do i feel for you, Vadim! I can't imagine what it would be like not having my O!
Cant you take back to place you bought it?
If they don't answer your email (which the often don't) just give them a call!

I called them, they took my address and said they will email me the version 1 O.S. CDs

before installing os 1 when it will arrive, you should wait for dan's instructions, since if you downgrade your OS version oasys could be unstable. when downgrading you need to format, which could cause some difficulties, please wait for danatkorg to help.

The unit arrived running 1.0.1, so installing 1.0.0 on top of it should be fine, but it doesn't help you get to the latest software.

As I said in that thread, what you really want is a full four CD set of software that is 1.1.x or newer, and a reauth CD made for that OASYS unit.

With those and downloadable update CDs, you can get your new OASYS updated to the latest software.

How long does it take for OASYS o.s. Cds to arrive, I livein Mass, Korg USA is in N.Y. , 2 hours from me.....

They told me by the end of the last week, but it's already next week.....

When i got my CDs from Korg USA it took lyk 5 days and i was in California! So if i were you i would call them back and have them resend them!
