Is there any way to have the PCG file (all of it : Prog banks A to E, Combis, Arps...) that’s on the Micro X ?
I have a Korg TR61 and, like the X-50 and the Micro X, the TR has only 1 IFX and 2 MFX so it makes sense to me that the PCG would be compatible. As you probably know, the Micro X has some Progs and Combis that are different from the TR (although many are the same). Because the Micro X is more recent, it has NEW great sounds that I would love to add to my TR.
If you have this PCG or know where I can have it please post the link on this thread. The good thing is that it would probably also work on a Triton Le as well as a TR.
Maybe the ROM samples are different (TR vs Micro X) and it would sound weird on some patches but if someone provides me with this file, I will test it in my TR and post back to tell if it worked and how many patches work and don't work.
Please note that it is important to have the Micro X PCG and NOT the X-50's because the X-50 PCG is the same (I think) as the TR.
