USING M50 PLUGIN EDITOR VST

I finally have the editor vst loaded but have no idea how to use it.
I can record a single midi track, selecting the sound on the vst and playing it on my m50. But I don't know how to record a second, third, etc. tracks/midi channels. I can only bring up one Instance of the vst.
Anyone out there who could help me? Appreciate it in advance. Thanks. [/list]
