SQ-64 midi puzzle

Hi, I am trying to connect my brand new SQ-64 to my Virus ti via Midi but nothing happen. No sound in no sound out. Tried the same with Minilogue XD same results. Connecting to Logic X some better results but anyway I can't put note in using my block keyboard... Any one can give me a clue? All the midi setting seems ok. It's frustrating. by the way I am a newby on Synth word so maybe I am doing some obviuos mistake that I am not aware of.
