Triton No Sound in Combination & Program Mode

I am having trouble with Triton Rackmount. No Sound in Combination and Program mode, but I hear sound in Multi Mode. Triton is receiving midi as I see the light blink when I play the notes. Anyone knows what is wrong and how can I resolve this.
Would appreciate a response.

Could be a MIDI channel mismatch - make sure your Triton rack is set to receive the same MIDi channel as your external sequencer or controller is transmitting.
