I have two separate keyboard sets.
Now I want to copy one of its sounds from the beginning (with all the effects that the method has done) and transfer it to another keyboard set.
In short, is it possible to move sounds in keyboard sets?

You can load any individual KEYBOARD SET from disk and place it wherever you wish.
So in MEDIA mode, select the SET
Open it
Select "KEYBOARDSET"
Open it
Select the bank containing the KS you want
Open it
Now you'll see all the individual KS in that bank
Locate the one you want, highlight it and press LOAD
Now choose where you want to store it.
This is the easiest way to move items around
Remember to backup first and after!!

Re: possible to move sounds in keyboard sets
If I understand correctly, you want to copy a sound from one KbSet (for example the one in upper 1) into one of the sounds of another KbSet (for example the one in upper 2 of this other KbSet) and copy the effects at the same time.hamta wrote:I have two separate keyboard sets.

There is no such option as all the sounds in a KbSet actually share the effects of the sound in upper 1.
If, however, as Karma understood, you want to copy a KbSet from one location to another, you can also do it directly in the KbSet Library.
Select the KbSet, click on the Copy and Paste option in the upper right scroll down menu and choose the destination.
You can even move several KbSets at once: Select all the KbSets you want to copy by keeping the shift key pressed.
They can be non-consecutive and even in different pages.
They will all be copied in order, starting from the selected destination.

This is exactly why I have been saying for a long time that Korg's insert effect architecture needs a RADICAL update...
There should be enough effects processors that we shouldn't have to jump through miserable hoops to move sounds about. If Yamaha can provide 28 inserts for a Genos (stackable, to boot!) then it is time for Korg to man up...
