Hello to you all,
I'm from the Netherlands and I am still a dedicated user of
the Korg D1200 digital recording apparatus. But other products
have my interest as well as Korg allways made good products.
I allready finished two CD's with solo classical guitar music and
I must say the Korg D1200 enables me to have a great quality
and what is more, I can record at any moment because I have
my instruments in a kind of special studio behind my house.
All the best,
Noud

Hey mate, welcome! I love hearing people talk about still using dedicated digital recorders as opposed to a DAW. It's how I do it and will continue to do it until I can't buy them any more. I own two Zoom recorders (R16 and R24) but have moved over to a Yamaha AW4416, a Fostex VM200 and a Korg 168RC (flying fader ftw!)
Stuff I'm using: Umm right now, well there's a Volca Drum, a Micro Freak, an ADX-1, a Pulse, a Blofeld, a UNO Drum, KeyStep/Beatstep Pro/Keystep Pro (one of each), a Circuit, a LiveTrak L-12 and this nonsense: The Brief-case as it was about a bit over a year ago (the the complete ridiculous GAS monster collection here)and here
