It's not a bad collection, but you can better a lot of it. I probably used about 10% of it for my Welsh Floyd sounds. E.g. the Shine On opening Combi is great after a bit of tweaking to taste, but the synth lead they had for it sucks. I programmed my own in AL-1 based on my old Nord G2 lead for the same song.
As Sander, says, there is not much to go on with respect to what you are looking for.
But the Kronos is a great board for doing Floyd, with the different engines covering all bases (inc sound effects). 90% of my sounds were from the Kronos.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I don't usually flame company or product for small defects, but this takes the cake.
No instructions so I had to figure out everything by myself, and support is non-existent. Besides, it was designed to use with an 88 keys Kronos. I had to spend hours understanding and re-arranging everything.
Even though I paid premium in 2014 for lifetime updates, there has never been a single update and was denied download access after my initial download. Must have wrote to him like 10 times already with very little feedback and constant dodging of the issues.
While I was enquiring about the product before purchase, the site owner even jacked the price by 50% right after answering me.
Like someone else said, the quality is just OK. But know what you're getting into.

When I get time, I'd love love LOVE to put together a complete PF tribute-style theme pack on www.audora.ca - There's a couple things up there now but I just need to get the time to do something huge like that.
Regarding the quality of Space4Keys work - I am aware that they have a bunch of different programmers for a variety of synths, but from my recollection with that pack, most of the sounds are just presets organized into combis without a LOT of specific customization that makes the sounds more Pink Floyd sounding. (Which is the whole purpose of buying something like that)

Hi, It's a bit more than that. There are programmed voices as well, sound effect samples, etc.
As I said, it was useful to me, but not fantastic. Possibly less useful for me as I had a lot of programmed Pink Floyd sounds across several synths that I needed to migrate to the Kronos, so I knew what to program in a lot of cases, and the big hurdle was learning how to recreate them on the Kronos.
It could suit somebody starting from scratch to get them going.

I have personally moved on but I have no doubt it would be a big success.enigmahack wrote:When I get time, I'd love love LOVE to put together a complete PF tribute-style theme pack on www.audora.ca - There's a couple things up there now but I just need to get the time to do something huge like that.
Great site btw.
I do a PF Tribute w/a Kronos as well, and I'm no wizard with sound creation. I have found EXs124 to be very useful! I'm trying to wrap my head around all the synth engines and make them emulate the EMS/Moog/Arp stuff. The later Prophet sounds are pretty well emulated in stock presets.
When is someone going to come up with a good Farfisa Compact duo emulation?

Ah, I used the Arturia V collection Farfisa for that, and the Podfarm 2 has an echorec emulation.
