What AM I Doing Wrong??

I downloaded the factory styles for the PA1x, PA2X, and the PA3X. On my computer the folders contain the correct files. On my PA4X when I select the set the folders show up as empty and I can not load any of these styles. I thought these could be loaded on the PA4X.

Hi Deane,

I tried it 5 minutes ( Stylepaket_PA285_2010.zip ) ago with no problem.

- Download the "zip"-file and extract it.

- move it via USB-connection ( stick should work as well ) to the PA4X´s HD

- press "Media"

- select the HD

- select the copied folder

- open it

--- all the containing files are listed.

- select one

- press "load"

Now it´s loaded to "user1".

- Copy it to another place where you want it to be ( important, otherwise this style will be deleted if you load the next one )

That´s it.

It works great!! I was trying to access them with the Direct Access method and that did not work. Going to Media first solved the issue.

Deane - I had the same expectations to use Direct Access as per page 921 of the user manual. It specifically mentions the possibility to create a Direct Style. Did you find a way to make Direct access work for Styles?
