M50 sequence out to protools 10

I'm having trouble getting a sequence to output midi to protools so I can edit it a bit.

I've got it connected via USB, and protools will record the first 20 seconds or so of midi, but then stops, though the sequence continues. What gives?

I used to do this a few years ago, but it was a different version of protools (8, I believe) and a different input device, though a very similar one. I've tried various settings in the "Global" mode, but to no avail.

Can anyone help?
