Anybody know how to get in contact with korg, regarding backorder parts?

I contacted customer service and they put me in touch with the right people. This was back in late 2013 about issues on my KX 88 keybed that i ordered. Parts is Parts could steer you in the right direction or have some phone numbers that should help. Good luck.

When I was dealing with a KRONOS parts problem a couple of years, I finally got the answer I needed from Janice at Korg Customer Service, customerservice@korgusa.com ...I never had any luck with phone calls to Korg, and it might have taken a snail mail letter to get things going...Parts Is Parts ( www.guitar-parts.com ), Korg's national parts distributor, is usually very helpful, too...
