Kronos note off delay Problem

I have a strange problem when I hold a Chord for a longer time and I release it I get a delay , so my sound goes on . I made a new OS install and loaded the original PRELOAD but I can't get rid of it. there's nothing connected to the Kronos. and it is with every patch I use. only with organs it is most irritating.

I've seen this twice before on a 61-key model, I think it's a hardware issue with the key contact strip. I would recommend contacting your service center. And be very specific and descriptive because my friend had his "repaired" twice before they even understood the problem.

you are right on the spot I added an External keyboard to the kronos and I don't notice the same problem. That I did not try this before
