HOW TRUE! I have my 01/Wr because I can't part with those sounds. With waveshaping available as an IFX, there's part of me that really wants to translate my main set of 400 progs/combis and be able to offload it. Conversion aside, I feel pretty confident the Kronos could do dead ringer for nearly all those sounds. It's also why I'm GREEDY for MORE program banks on the Kronos! Then I could sell the 01 and make some space! I spent hundreds of hours programming M1 , Dw8000 , Wavestation , Etc... my gear list is indicative ... a universal translator is something, everyone would use.....
