Armenian Duduk samples ?

Post by chris »

Hi folks,
Looking for Armenian Dudu samples for Korg Kronos.
Found some from la Baladan which are good but not complete.
I am looking to cover the low/mid/high octaves (mid and high octaves are missing in La Baladan samples).
Any thoughts where I can find these ?

A guy here used to offer a duduk sample set, but then removed it because of copyrights infringement. His was just a traditional instrument with samples from F4 to C6. It seems you are looking for samples of the whole family of duduks including bass and baritone. Because those instruments are rather exotic, I doubt anyone ever completed such a sample set, but I could be wrong.

You might find what you want here - https://www.piyanistset.com/korg-kronos/.
There are several sets of copyright-free samples of instruments from Eastern Europe and beyond. The website's owner occasionally posted on the forum to let us all know they were available. He had one or two negative comments, but without any good reason. I've downloaded two or three sample sets, and there's a very generous range of instrument samples available there that I've regularly used in my own pieces. Hope you have some success.

Thanks to kronoscopie to save the links, you can get Synth Wizard (Dmitrys) sounds here:
