don‘t feed a troll.

We all know, that the user „G“ aka „Asena“ aka „GlobalSound“ aka „David Kücükbasarik“ is „Timur Sakka“…

„Timur“ has a lot of nicknames and tries to deceive many people through his business behavoir by pretending to be a „professional musician“.

Since he is basically lost everything with the Korg audience - well, not just basically, he‘s completely lost them - he‘s now trying to pivot to the Ketron crowd  and sell his so-called „Artist Edition“ sound set there. What a poor soul.

And since I had Solton/Ketron keyboards myself (MS50, MS100, X1, SD1 and Audya), I know a lot of people in the Ketron camp and will inform them accordingly.
Seriously... seek some help...

Going all over the Internet stalking and bashing someone for producing a software sound library that you were "disappointed" with (although you did admit in your first post here "some of the new sounds are nice, like the bell-like tones and some of the guitars or pianos)... that you used for 3 months (or "one month+") and then want a full refund when the producer offered you a partial refund after owning and using the product that long - is... well... yeah...

And then going into some conspiracy laced rant that because someone who calls you out for your antics screen name starts with G (for my first name Greg by the way) is really GlobalSound... is... well... again... yeah.

Anyone who bothers to read my posts will see in seconds that I am not.

But, anyway...

Enjoy your Pa5X.

Hi all,

I accept that some Forum Members are unhappy with Timur and his Artists Edition 3.0. As mentioned previously, I have owned his software from the start and never set my expectations too high. I find him very friendly and helpful (he even added some Boys choir sounds in a previous version at no additional expense to me).

I was quite pleased to see the news below on Facebook earlier today.

🎹 ARTIST EDITION 3.1 – FREE UPDATE COMING SOON! 🎹
Made for you – because you asked for it.
Hello everyone! Hope you’re all doing great.
We’re excited to share what’s coming in the new Artist Edition 3.1 for the KORG Pa5X. Many of you asked for better organization, easier navigation, and new content — and we listened.

🎉 This is only a small part…
We’re still adding the final touches to make it perfect for you.

Without going into detail, it seems that Timur's software has been widely 'pirated', (probably due to the lack of any software protection).
For me personally, I am happy with what I purchased and grateful for the free software updates.

Of course, you’re absolutely right. :D

When you have almost no expectations, yeah — and when you can just pull those 269 euros easily out of your left pocket, pay for it, and couldn’t care less about quality, proper programming, or diversity in the offered material, then yeah, it’s probably enough for you personally.

Sure, one can also live a musically ascetic life. All good — everyone should live according to their own fasson.

Overly enthusiastic positive reviews or flattery regarding Global Sound are just out of place. But, this is a democracy. Everyone can express their opinion freely. You share your opinion, you’re happy with the product, and also with that “AKA character,” who uses 20+ different nicknames — not just in various forums but also on YouTube. I’ve already had the pleasure of encountering all theses identities myself.

I just can’t really deal with a character like Timur, or whatever his name is or might be.

But, again, it’s your right to like the product. I just think it’s bad — or, pardon — crap.

One shouldn’t be fooled by the seemingly impressive specifications at first glance — the number of sounds, styles, keyboard sets, and so on. It’s all smoke and mirrors when the quality, variety, and originality simply aren’t there and stand in complete contradiction to the price.

Moreover, I’m not even sure where his material (the audio samples) actually comes from. Maybe those so-called “sounds” are just conversions from other (copyright-protected) sources?
And then he sells it as if it were his own material. What about the legal rights in that case, anyway?

Why is the Globalsound homepage so amateurish? Why is there no proper right-of-withdrawal notice, no proper legal imprint, no VAT or tax information shown…?

"Globalsound" is a lousy salesman of smoke and mirrors, a rip-off of the ordinary guy.

Hi All,
I got this from Facebook yesterday, it is a message from Timur.

ARTIST EDITION V3.1 is finally ready — and I want to share a little of the journey behind it.
This update wasn’t created in a day. It was built completely from scratch over many months, sitting in front of the KORG Pa5X Arranger Workstation, experimenting, correcting, refining, and pushing the limits of what this keyboard can do.
Since the very first release, Artist Edition V1.0, the support and happiness from users around the world have been incredible. Your feedback and passion are what keep this project alive.
A lot has happened since that first version.
We welcomed a newborn baby into our home — a beautiful blessing, but also a challenge when trying to focus on sound design between diapers, attention, and sleepless nights. Add to this a family to take care of, daily work, chasing bugs, reporting issues to Korg, helping users understand the keyboard, answering endless emails and messages…
It was a lot to handle.
And on top of everything, the OS itself made the journey even harder.
Every time I added a new sound or made a new sample, the keyboard would crash or freeze in certain menus. Sometimes hours of work disappeared in a second. The constant instability meant that every small step forward took twice as long. There were days when I rebuilt things again and again — not because of the design, but because of the bugs.
It tested my patience, my motivation, and my dedication.
But I refused to give up. I promised to deliver something truly special, and that promise kept me moving forward.
As a musician and creator, I put my heart into this — and now, we are finally here.
The Biggest News: Size Reduction
The pack has gone from 3.80 GB down to just 2.4 GB — nearly half the size!
This means:
Faster loading
More room for your own styles, samples, and sounds
Easier customization
Same high sound quality as before
Every sound, Keyboard Set library, and Style now comes with its own custom icon, making navigation cleaner and more intuitive.
What’s New in V3.1
This update is packed with fresh content and long-requested features:
New deep pads
New drum kits with brand-new drum samples
New saxes and guitars
New synths, plus highly requested classic synth samples from the Mellotron and Roland SH-2000
Oriental sounds, added by popular demand
Max Audio settings contributed by amazing users around the world
New loops for more realistic and dynamic performance
This update is a free gift for all members of the Global Sound Family and all owners of the Artist Edition.
A Heartfelt Thank You
I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Global Sound Team.
Your dedication, your sleepless nights, and your hard work to make sure this update is ready before Christmas mean the world to me. I know how tough it has been — testing, rebuilding, checking stability, and pushing through the same OS challenges that I faced. Without your passion and support, V3.1 would simply not exist. Thank you for everything.
And to all the users around the world who supported this project from day one — thank you.
This has truly been one of the best things that has ever happened to me. To have so many talented musicians standing behind this project, helping, inspiring, sharing ideas… it feels like a real family. A global family.
I feel honored — truly honored — to create this for you.
Not Part of the Artist Edition Family Yet?
If you’re reading this and don’t yet own the Artist Edition, I invite you to visit:

Discover the Artist Edition and step into a new musical dimension filled with inspiration, expression, and creativity.
There is so much more inside V3.1, but it’s better that you experience it yourself.
You are all part of this journey, and without you, the Artist Edition would not be what it is today.
As we move through the dark winter season and Christmas approaches…
maybe Santa has already placed something special under the tree for you.
ARTIST EDITION V3.1 is coming — and it is made with love, dedication, and gratitude.
Best regards/Global Sound Team😚

I recently upgraded to 3.0 and this was a paid upgrade.
I the text above I read: This update is a free gift for all members of the Global Sound Family and all owners of the Artist Edition.

Was this paid upgrade unjustified and could I have upgraded from 2.0 to 3.1 without any costs?

Hi all,
I contacted Timur at Global Sounds, emailed my Global Artists 3.0 receipt and he forwarded my download Link to the latest update Artists 3.1.
I just wanted to make people aware that if they have 3.0, the new update is now available.
I suggest Blazenko updates to 3.1 as it's a free update and he may find it more to his liking.
