URGENT! Issue during O/S 3.2.1 install - how to reinstall O/S from scratch

I attempted to update to O.S. version 3.2.1, which I have successfully done for previous updates. During the install, the unit (Kronos K1 88 key) has essentially 'bricked' itself. The error message showing is 'System cannot start due to a file system error. Please reinstall the system software (16)'.

I don't have the DVD's that came with the workstation. I downloaded the ISO files which are linked from this forum, and have created an image on a USB thumb drive using Rufus. When I switch on the Kronos it does not boot to the thumb drive.

If anyone can offer any support, or if there is any service I can access to restore the unit to full working order I would be forever grateful. The board has been my life for the last 11 years, and I really need to get this back up and running for my work!

You need to burn them to DVDs the ISO's and use an external USB DVD drive. Thumb drives will not work to recover the Kronos.

Thank you. I've just got hold of some larger format DVD's and an external drive. Hopefully I can get it all recovered in the next 24 hours or so. A valuable life lesson!
